At Blue Lotus Counselling, I offer compassionate, grounded & affordable support in a safe space to explore what matters to you. I’m dedicated to empowering people as they face challenges and move toward personal growth and emotional wellbeing through therapy.

Whether you’re adjusting to recent changes or managing long-term impairment, I provide a safe space to reflect on grief, build resilience, and reconnect with your self-worth.

I’m Carly Moore, the therapist behind Blue Lotus Counselling. I am a fully qualified and NCPS registered therapeutic Counsellor. My passion lies in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard and understood. I believe that everyone deserves to be listened to and that we all have the capacity for growth and healing when given the right environment to explore our thoughts and emotions.
At Blue Lotus Counselling, I work with individuals, offering the flexibility of online or telephone therapy. My approach is person-centred, meaning I place you at the heart of the process - valuing your unique experiences, strengths, and pace.
Counselling is not about 'fixing' you; it’s about walking alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, discover new perspectives, and build resilience for your wellbeing in the future.
